Shipping

We ship worldwide from our EU warehouse. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

• Standard Shipping (EU): 3-5 business days - EUR 5.99 (Free over EUR 100)
• Express Shipping (EU): 1-2 business days - EUR 12.99
• Standard Shipping (International): 7-14 business days - EUR 9.99
• Express Shipping (International): 3-5 business days - EUR 24.99

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
• Sale items and limited drops are final sale unless defective
